Bio

Damon was born and raised in New York City.  He began taking guitar lessons at age 13 and started playing the club scene in NYC at age 17.  He studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston for 4 years where he expanded his musical horizons and played professionally in bands with Berklee faculty members.  After college he worked locally in NY as a guitarist for hire.  He became a major label recording artist with the band Redbelly on EastWest/Elektra Records, releasing a self-titled album in the US and Japan. Damon also played lead guitar with rock legend Meat Loaf.  He played on numerous USA, UK and European tours, the VH1 Storytellers Album, innumerable European television appearances and US shows including VH1 Hard Rock Live, VH1 Storytellers, Tonight with Jay Leno, Late Night with David Letterman, and The View, as well on the Storytellers and Very Best of Meat Loaf albums.  Damon has also recorded and toured as lead guitarist with the “metal meets classical ensemble,” Trans-Siberian Orchestra.  He was part of the Nashville duo, The Naturals and currently plays, writes and produces in Nashville, TN.
